Apple revealed AirPods few months ago along with iPhone 7. Since the only way to use any kind of headphones with the new iPhone is via Bluetooth, these AirPods are the official listening solution for them.
AirPods cost too much, $159 for a pair, which is far more expensive than the price of any decent Bluetooth earbuds. So, if you have an iPhone and an Android device, then you might want to use your AirPods with Android device as well and here is how you can do it.
Pairing AirPods with Android device
First thing to do is to place your AirPods into their charging case. Open the lid of the case and find the little pairing button on the back of it. Press that button for few moments and you will see the flash white light on the case, which means that the AirPods are in pairing mode. Open the Bluetooth settings in your Android device, choose AirPods in the device list.

By doing this, you will be able to pair your AirPods with any Android device, or even Windows PC that supports Bluetooth. Apparently, they still pause music when tapped, even on non-Apple devices. The only problem is AirPods can’t activate Siri or switch between devices when used with Android devices, but you can still enjoy music and it is totally worth it.
