Earlier this year, BlackBerry showcased its Android smartphone brand with the BlackBerry KeyOne, at the Mobile World Congress. This new smartphone combines BlackBerry’s iconic physical keyboard with the latest Android operating system, and a solid list of specifications.
If you are planning to get one, you’ll be pleased to know that you won’t have to wait any longer.
In the United Kingdom, where the name BlackBerry still caries some weight, the KeyOne will be available from May 5 at £499 at the Carphone Warehouse. Pre-orders are already open.
Canadian consumers – despite being the ancestral home of BlackBerry – will have to wait a little longer as the device will launch there later in May. Pre-orders open on May 18 with the price tag of $199.
Meanwhile, in United States, the KeyOne launch will take place on May 31, where users can get one for $549. According to manufacturers of the KeyOne, TCL, the keyboard-clad mobile will be available on Sprint later this summer.
