Mother’s Day is fast approaching, as it normally arrives on the second Sunday in May, or well at least in the U.S. In 2017, that means it’s on May 14. Moms generally don’t ask for anything from their children, but celebrating Mother’s Day is always appreciated.

Picking a Mother’s Day card, buying a gift or arranging a nice meal out is a norm on this day, but in any case, if you want to wish your mom through a digital card or a video, then Google has your back with a new feature on Google Photos.

Mother’s Day Movie

The latest tool lets you make a Mother’s Day movie using photos you’ve stored on Google Photos. All you need to do is visit photos.google.com/mothersday, select which person is your mom, add some other peoples, or your own-self and Google Photos does the rest.

After a few minutes of processing, the Mother’s Day movie appears in the Assistant tab. And, thanks to Google’s artificial intelligence and the facial recognition, Google Photos should have chosen photos featuring your mom with whoever you selected. Then Google Photos will allow you to either save the movie or share it on social media.

Though unlike Facebook’s friendship anniversary videos, you can’t edit the video after it’s been made. Still, it’s a cool feature for those last-minute wishes.
