Telegram is introducing the ability to make encrypted voice calls. The communication app is little late to the party in terms of voice calls. However, Telegram’s focus on end-to-end encryption means it’s bringing security to every source of communication.

End-to-End Encryption

Even though, many companies allow users to make voice calls, but encrypted calls is something which is yet making its way and Telegram has taken the lead. The company has tried to keep voice calls in line with the rest of the service, so its interface is familiar and easy to use.

Another great feature which Telegram is offering is putting you in charge of who can and cannot call you. This control means you can turn voice calls on for everybody, just your contacts, or nobody. You can also restrict certain individuals from calling you on a one-on-one basis.
